The target gnu.targets.arm assumes xdc.runtime.Text is already in the
object model, and errors out if not. This happens if, for example,
an application is built with exe.attrs.rtsName = null.

Causes build failures in latest CE 2.25.

Fixed in xdctargets-b38 and xdctargets-c25.
The fix is in linkcmd.xdt in gnu.targets.arm package.

The fix can be verified using the example bld.rts in the xdctest tree, and the target gnu.targets.arm.GCArmv6.
