Description Stefan Edlund CLA 2010-06-16 13:54:03 EDT
STEM has had the concept of migration edges for a long time, but they are currently not being used. We should fix this. Also, migration edges (actually all edges in STEM), should be extended with a population identifier now that we support multiple populations in STEM.

Step 1 Complete: Implemented a MigrationEdge GraphGenerator.
For now it simple creates two migration edges for every common border edge found within a graph (or model) in a project.
This will allow testing of the migration algorithm on a square lattice.

Implementation on Square lattice is done. Demo checked in and documented.
Need Graphical Editor to realize full value.
