The RTA plugin currently has all of its trace turned on, this needs to be turned off in the product.

verify pass.

I was able to reproduce with generic M9 (which has 3.20.01.42_eng) as well as 3.20.01.48_eng which also has the problem.

Fixed in 3.20.01.49_eng which picks up rov-c24.
