Given that there will be a single version of the admin plan, the test could search for it and use it if found.

There are no tests in the apps repo that reference the admin plan or any other artifact with a hard-coded version.

The test is in the SVTs: org.eclipse.virgo.server.svt.adminconsole.AdminConsoleAppTests

This should go away with the new admin console as it is a single bundle and not a plan referencing two bundles.

Admin Console version is now loaded from the build.versions property file
