This patch
* adds the missing about.html file to the rap.design.example bundle
* includes about.html files into src in build.properties for rap.demo, rap.design.example, rap.junit, and rap.junit.runtime

Fixed in CVS HEAD, v20100615_R13 and included in RAP 1.3 final build.
