MPC builds on p2 Discovery and other p2 APIs some of which are not public API. Use this bug to track usage of internals and discuss how to reduce this in future releases.

Closing this as wontfix. Internal APIs are tracked through markers on the projects, and we plan to get rid of the Discovery API anyway.
