For http://www.eclipse.org/projects/ip_log.php?projectid=eclipse.platform , my browser (Firefox) infers UTF-8 as encoding, but this garbles some names, e.g. the first two in the "Contributors and Their Contributions" section:
Benjamin Cab&#65533;, Antoine Toulm&#65533;.

ISO-8859-1 looks better.

I've set it to ISO-8859-15 (which includes the Euro character). Does that help?

Yep, looks mostly good. The only remaining bug I see is "Ovidio JosÃ&#65533;© Mallo" whose middle name should be José (but maybe that's already wrong in the committers database).
