For instance, the link: http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/S-3.6RC4-201006031500/download.php?dropFile=swt-3.6RC4-cocoa-macosx.zip doesn't work. Also, I believe that all of the other links for the development releases that can be found here (http://www.eclipse.org/swt/) are also not working.

Old builds are being moved to the archive server in preparation for the upcoming release. I believe our release engineer was trying to copy RC4 back to the main download server in the interim but was having connectivity problems with eclipse.org. In any cases, you can download RC4 and other old builds from here for now:

This is correct, I'm trying to copy it back again today but I'm only getting about 90KB/sec.
