Could this be caused by the new feature discussed in Bug 315589? I don't think that this is even remotely similar to that feature, so I will comment here instead of creating a new issue. I'm having the same problem with 0.8.4. Push works fine on my workstation with 0.7.1. To reproduce, I just clone an existing repo and have it check out master as an existing project. .git/config is essentially the same as the functional 0.7.1 environment. Push works fine from the command line in both environments. Thanks for the clarification. Code review at http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,877 Merged as aff38c7ade009fe180d476fabd8d2f0832341096 |
