PBS is currently not showing the processes of a job. This should be added. 

There is no general way to get the real process ID but we can provide the MPI rank which is sufficient according to my understanding of the new proxy protocol.

The UI part should be working (as it is not specific to PBS). What is missing is that the proxy is not sending the New(/remove/change)_Process events according to
http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/designs/rm_proxy. The MPI rank is provided by the "qstat -x" output. This we only need to take this output and generate the process events.

No longer required as monitoring is handled by JAXB/LML framework.
