I am using RC4 Java IDE package with the recent patch.

1. Open Marketplace, select the Installed Tab, nothing should be listed
2. Go to Search and search on Mylyn.  You should see Mylyn and Mylyn Wikitext.  Don't try to install or doing anything with them
3. Go back to Installed Tab, Mylyn and Mylyn Wikitext now listed in tne Installed Tab.

Another scenerio is if you use the Yoxos MP and visit their Popular Tab and then go to the Installed Tab you get their Popular List.

Bonus
If you try to Uninstall Mylyn, it will take you through the process but after you retart Mylyn is still there.
