I assume that's the same mapped IP I'd get from the command line? I've found and cleared the block. If your machine is directly connected to the internet, then your local IP might be the same as the one our servers see, but using a service like whatsmyip.org will tell me what IP I should be looking for regardless of your local network layout. -M.
