Still a few classes of the OTDT UI implement more than would be
needed when consistently using teams and adopting new API.

Candidates for cleanup:

 - type creation wizards (see http://trac.objectteams.org/ot/ticket/148)

 - TeamSelectionDialog (http://trac.objectteams.org/ot/ticket/308)

When migrating to FilteredTypesSelectionDialog we may want to compare
performance of using a hierarchy scope on ITeam (leveraging bug 215139)
vs. a team type search pattern (as current impl. does).

commit 7bb567f59747effca372d5e4e014030eeb35efc3 replaced the OTNewProjectWizard with an adaptation of the original wizard from JDT/UI.
