Take two nodes connected by a link (two classes and an association or one UC and an actor).
Delete one of the nodes from diagram.
Now drag and drop the deleted node from the model explorer. It comes back on the diagram but the link is not restored. This is a major issue as all commercial tools restore connections and the user risks to believe that there is no existing connection between the nodes => he(she) will create a new one...

I think that this functionality has to be optional and configurable in preference page.
