The wizard allows to select WorkingSets that should be applied to the newly created projects. It is not possible to select JavaWorkingSets but only ResourceWorkingSets. WizardNewXtextProjectCreationPage#createControl passes only one WorkingSetType to #createWorkingSetGroup((Composite) getControl(), selection, new String[] { "org.eclipse.ui.resourceWorkingSetPage" });
