Mode an ExternalNodeLabel (Port label in Composite Structure Diagram, TimeObservationLabel in Class Diagram...)

Hard to reproduce, make quick move of the label, sometimes the element becomes duplicate (graphically in the diagram).

I managed to reproduce once but I didn't identified exactly what (UI) action must be done to be sure to reproduce the bug. 
It is indeed really hard to reproduce.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue in any diagram since then. I close the task
