Description David Williams CLA 2010-06-10 03:17:37 EDT
The Java EE IDE web page icon is very dated and doesn't "fit in" the more modern looking ones.

The old (current) one is
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/images/jee.jpg

Instead, we'd like the same one that is used for the product package.
currently the png file in
/org.eclipse.epp.package.jee/javaee-ide_x48.png

I assume png is ok for the web?
Can you, Markus, or Nathan, just copy if over, and update the
eclipse_jee_helios.xml
file?

Thanks,

Java EE Icons

To make it easier I've attached a ZIP archive with all JEE package icons in different sizes.

@David: Can we use the 32x32 instead of the 48x48 icon? I think the new download page uses only 32x32 icons and the old 48x48 icons are being downscaled by the browser.

@Nathan, the attached ZIP file contains the icon in different sizes. Can you copy the appropriate icon to your standard location and tell me the new file name / URL?

Yes, sure. I just said 48 because I saw the old one was 48. What ever fits in.

Thanks.

Changed in the RC4 config file and in CVS HEAD.
