Patch depends on Patch in 316225 (the exception thrown, if executing the command fails, has to be send as error message to the client)

updated - cleaned up

Makes sure that all of stdout and stderr is read (otherwise is dead-lock is possible). Also if program writes something to stderr this is send as warning to UI. If the exitValue is non-zero an error is sent to the UI.
