This is no longer a problem. <index path="org.eclipse.ptp.pldt.help.index1"/> seems to have been removed from both, and no more errors in log file. |
Both ptp and pldt help give an error in the error log "Help index declared, but missing" It looks like both those help plugins have an index item on the help extension and I don't know why. I probably did them. They should probably be removed but i hesitate to do it at this late date for Helios. <extension point="org.eclipse.help.toc"> .... <index path="org.eclipse.ptp.pldt.help.index1"/> Should remove these at some point. I think the error might only occur when you index the help, meaning when you search for the first time after installing PTP/PLDT. And it seems harmless, but ugly.
