The test_newWsProjectSynched unit test failed intermittently in two of the final WTP 3.2.0 RC4 builds.

Danail could you take a look at this test to see why it might be failing intermittently?

I've commented out the test for now on the R3_2_maintenance branch and on HEAD.

I have committed a fix in HEAD. I will keep an eye on the next test results and will close the issue if tests are "green" in several subsequent runs

Danail i've released that change on HEAD so that test should start running in the next build.

The ProjectAddingTests has been executed successfully three times in a row. Therefore I am setting the issue status to fixed.
