Problem description:
One national character is not displayed normally in Print panel in as it can be seen from the attached screenshot. I checked the related rc file (DiagramPrint.rc), but I found everything OK.
As I now that it's hard to fix rc file based problem I set the related Testcase completed.

Steps:
1) Create a normal Project, and than a Geoshape diagram by rightclick on the project-> new-> example-> Geoshape diagram
2)Double click geoshapes diagram you just created to view it, if it is not already displayed
3)  Navigate to File > Print Preview.
4)  Select the Print icon.
