Title and Descriptions say: 
Infect 1 "human" population members with the disease "SwineFlu" at the location "Mexico, Mexico" (MX-15-058).

In contrast the parameter field "Infectious Count" say that "15" population members will be infected with that infector.

Would you be willing to own this bug? All you need to do is to make the correction and repackage the archive. Please then test it and if it works please attach it as a patch to this bug. We can then upload to the site.
