I like that idea. How about a warning icon for repositories that are not marked offline? This condition usually indicates a problem. I am not sure if we can obtain this information from the secure store without opening it though could make this difficult to implement. Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1]. We are closing ~14K Bugzilla issues to give the new team a fresh start.
