Build Identifier: 

For accessibility we need hotkeys for Catalog Browse and Bindings files Add... and Remove.

We have them for Source folder and Package but the remaining buttons.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create OEPE web service project in Helios
2. Create XSD or copy XSD to project under a src/package folder
3. Launch JAXB Class Generation wizard.
4. Try accessibility keystrokes using the Alt key

Need to add mnemonics for the input fields mentioned.
