The connection name dropdown in the resource manager configuration wizard's first panel is not initialized to the name of the current connection for the resource manager. 

In order to recreate the problem, you should have multiple RSE connects defined, for instance, host1, host2, host3, etc. 

Create a new resource manager configuration, or select an existing one, and select a connection name other than the one at the top of the dropdown list. 

Save the configuration then verify you can start and stop that resource manager. Restart Eclipse, then verify you can still start the resource manager. 

Edit the resource manager configuration. Note that the connection name is reset to the top connection name in the list. If you save the configuration without selecting a connection name, then attempting to start the resource manager will attempt to connect to the wrong host.

The problem seems to be that when the wizard page is opened, the connection name is not set to the value saved in the configuration, and so defaults to the first name in the list.
