We should add p2 download stats as per bug 310132 and
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Equinox_p2_download_stats

Resolved by installing the download stats generator as per 
bug 310132 comment 9 and onwards, modifying the mkTestUpdates.sh in the
org.eclipse.rse.updatesite project, modifying site.xml and adding category.xml

Stats can be queried from portal.eclipse.org under committer tools:

- For Downloads, use filter
  /dsdp/tm/downloads/drops/R-3.2-
- For Updates, use filter
  _tm320

will show relevant downloads from both the TM 3.2 site and the Helios site.
