I will attach some updates for R4_HEAD that do the following:

- Change release version to 4.0.0
- Change the update site link to refer to the 4.0 and e4 repos rather than 3.6
- Add "Early Adopter Release" in the product blurbs

I applied the patch to the R4_HEAD branch so if you run an e4 SDK build it will run with these changes.

Also, I'll attach a patch for the changes we discussed earlier.  
-not building equinox, pde, jdt, swt, cvs, releng tools
-enabling signing
-building only windows, linux gtk x86 and macosx cocoa x86 SDKs.

Please hold off on this part for now. We have more platforms listed in our 4.0 plan so we'll need to decide if we want to reduce that:

However at least s390, PPC-32, and Linux Motif can be removed.

The build failed with this

This is all working now except for the signing.  I'll test run another test build today to try to fix that.
