Maybe we can improve the description in the Javascript package a bit. When I created the definition I took the JEE as a template and there may be some unwanted parts left - especially the description.

In org.eclipse.epp.package.javascript.feature there is

* feature.properties: "description" property:
description=Eclipse Javascript IDE is...

* eclipse_javascript_helios.xml which is used for the web site:
<description><![CDATA[Tools for JavaScript developers creating Web applications, including a JavaScript IDE, tools for JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.]]></description>

Maybe we can harmonize this a bit, especially the entry in feature.properties.

Yes, sounds to me that the feature.properties description could say exactly what is in the description for the website.

I'd say we fixed this at some point in the past without closing this bug... at least I hope we did.
Closing this bug because we don't ship a JavaScript package any more.
