It was too late in the 0.6 game to fix the last bit of bug #309042 that dealt with updating the version numbers so let's do it for 0.6.1.

Already fixed in the Indigo branch (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=181781 in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=309042).

Since we are still in incubation, version numbers were merely increased from 0.2.0 to 0.3.0 even though the API was modified.
