Now the user cannot finish the NewModelWizard if no diageram kind is selected. Allow toselect none of diagram kinds and at this case create just a proper .uml file without corresponding .di and .notation files.
A proper .uml model means 
- UML category: with Model as root with some non-null default name
- Profile category: with Profile as a root with some non-null default name
- SysML category: Model as root with SysML profile applied
