should be replaced by

if (!OS.IsWinCE && OS.WIN32_VERSION >= OS.VERSION (6, 0)) OS.SetProcessDPIAware ();

I see, the code has being wrong for a long time, we never saw the problem because we don't have wince 6.0.

It is too late to fix this problem for 3.6.
We will have it fixed first thing for 3.6.1.
