Open freshly installed CDT  RC4, click on CDT link from Welcome page.

It opens page with header

CDT 6.0

I suggest to remove version number from this page because it is not
needed and prevent future problems with upversioning.

+1. This problem seems to be recurring every release. But CDT 7.0 is lacking "What's new in 7.0". Maybe this bug should rather be about that.
