The removal of a Resource Manager is not automatically propagated to the&#10;ServiceConfiguration view (it still appears in the tree for the Configuration).&#10;Only if you close and reopen the view does it disappear.  I imagine that this&#10;would mean a refresh call on the view being triggered somewhere.&#10;
