The Text field that is created for the GeneralToolTip is editable which means that users are able to type in text in something that should be read-only.  I will attach a patch that will correct this problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Display the Server tooltip
2. Press F6 to bring focus to the tooltip
3. Type in the text that says "<server name> - 0 modules"
