Build Identifier: 

We need to have a selection for JAXB Classes from Schema when selecting from:

File > New > Other > JAXB

There is only one-way support right now under New. 

The only way it seems to launch JAXB Class generation from XSDs (in Helios) is right click on XSD.

1. Try to launch Generate JAXB Classes from File > New > Other

Verified in Build I-3.3.0-20100901095216

Verified you can now select File>New>Other, then select JAXB>JAXB Classes From Schema.
