We need to add p2.inf files to key bundles (org.eclipse.xsd). The repository template will be changed for bug 315808 since EMF and XSD currently share the same repository.

As described in bug 315808, the download stats property needs to be in the artifacts repository instead. So, please revert the submitted changes (by deleting the p2.inf file).

We'll need to manually modify the artifacts repository manifest if/when we want to enable stats, at least for now.
