code from HEAD

I found several locations in our help doc where we referenced a css style sheet that does not exist. I also found a lot of spelling a formatting problems + a couple of copyright updates.

The attached patch fixes the css problems, spelling mistakes, formatting and copyright updates

Looks good. I think check it into HEAD so we can try a test build before looking at tagging it for RC4.
