a new sysml diagram editor is available and must be added to the build process : org.eclipse.papyrus.sysml.diagram.requirement

The plugin has an error in the extension point: org.eclipse.papyrus.core.papyrusDiagram # creation command. There is a missing attribute (language). Please update the diagram plugin in consequence
