We should add a contact page to the ECF project page (hosted at eclipse.org) that lists people willing/able to do ECF consulting. Obviously only people qualified to do ECF consulting would be listed.

Chris A. on bug # came up with the idea initially and I recently stumbled over a similar page on the Piwik project website [0].

Another interesting concept has been used by Neodatis[1]. 

Using the  "feature request program" to raise funding for some requests...
