When loading a ChangeDescription from a file, the objects that are used in a change of a reference value (modeled by feature referenceValue in FeatureChange) are not returned by getReferenceValue().

The cause is that the 'feature' field of FeatureChange may not have been initialized when getReferenceValue() is called; only the 'featureName' feature has been set. This causes basicGetReferenceValue to return null, and not the actual object (or proxy object).

The fix is committed to CVS for 2.6.
