When we create a new diagram, (UML or Profile), we don't have access to the checkbox to initialize it with a template.
It's problematic with the profile diagram, because we can't define it when the root element is a Model

The problem is the same with the new Papyrus Project.

In must have been fixed in recent nightly build

The title was renamed: "Bug in new diagram creation" -> "Select template group is disabled"

The actual problem here is that the root element for Profile diagram is a Model, not a Profile. See bug 315768
