The correct SUA

Attached is the correct SUA that we should use. Unfortunately SVN is giving me trouble committing (progress stuck at 80%), so could somebody else commit this?

Hm... no luck with SVN today. Cannot commit on Windows nor Linux. 

Could somebody commit attached updated license.html into org.eclipse.tm.tcf-feature please. The file comes directly from here:
   http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl/notice.php
See right-hand "file in plain html". On that page it's called notice.html but in features, the common usage scenario is calling it license.html.
