Dialog showing the error

If I install CDT, then from the welcome page click on the CDT item,
my browser opens in the Eclipse help center (as expected) but a popup reports
"the current document displayed does not exist in the table of contents"

However I can click on what looks like the entry in the table of contents that takes me to the same place.

Eclipse 3.6RC3, CDT RC3

error dialog attached to this bug.

Unable to duplicate error with the Eclipse Version: 3.6.0 Build id: I20100608-0911. All three C/C++ links in the Welcome pages go to the correct pages in the manual.
