Get PDE/Build v20100602 from CVS and run the "Eclipse/IBM Fix copyrights..." on it.  (Or get PDE/Build from head and for scripts/productBuild.xml get sticky revision 1.12 tagged v20100602)

The tool introduces a malformed xml comment on scripts/productBuild.xml, the comment gets an extra closing '-->'

The Eclipse/IBM Fix copyrights action is scheduled to be deleted in bug 315509.
