Before 0.8.1 there was still a "?" marker on ignored directories, but at least nothing was shown in the commit dialog. After updating to 0.8.1 not only is the marker still there, but also all files inside that directory (recursively) are shown and selected when I do Team>Commit...

This is happening when the checkbox "show untracked files" is selected which has been added recently. Since ignore is not yet ready (see [1], [2]) the files which should be ignored are still shown here. As soon as [2] is fixed this should work.
