When using HTML formatter it doesn't honor user entered line breaks and can rejoin the producing ugly markup. An option "Never join already wrapped lines" like one used in Java formatter preferences is needed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reformat HTML source.
2. See line breaks rejoined.

I mean "can rejoin the ***lines*** producing ugly markup" in the description.
