A wizard should be available to make the creation of WAR file based on a WAR product configurations easier.

Remarks on the current state of the wizard:
* it shows up as "%new.warproduct.config" in the New dialog (missing localization)
* only Eclipse- and OSGi launch configs are shown under "Use a launch configuration". It would be great to also show RAP launch configs. Eclipse-launch configs should rather not be listed here
