Doug made the suggestion to open the JPA Structure view for an orm.xml with the entities expanded.  I think if we add this functionality we also need to add a 'Collapse All' button to the view like the Package Explorer and Project Explorer.

Possibly we should expand only when there is just 1 entity in the orm.xml file.  If there are multiple you probably don't want all of them expanded but instead want to pick a particular entity and expand it.
