maxdb has a special syntax for the datatype of a column in create table stmts.
(e.g. varchar (32) unicode, char (64) byte, ...) So I expanded FieldTypeDefinition by a field typesuffix to store the additional type info.

other topic was, that DatabaseAccessor.getObjectThroughOptimizedDataConversion,
is missing the handling for type Bigdecimal

FieldTypeDefinition part checked in (rev 7587), DatabaseAccessor not, cause it caused problems with mysql
