When I launch /e4/sdk/drops/I20100531-2039/eclipse-SDK-I20100531-2039-win32-x86_64.zip the window flashes twice (appears, disappears, appears, disappears) before finally appearing and working normally.

Dan, is this on a fresh workspace? Does it still happen when opening an existing workspace?

I see this when launching my inner but do not observe it at work. May be an issue isolated only to Windows 7 (and Vista?).

It still opens and disappears once before opening a second time to stay. Not sure, but it might have flashed twice in earlier builds, but definitely only once now. This is on Win7 64-bit.

Dan, this doesn't seem to occur on XP. Do you have any ideas as to why it might be happening on Win 7?

Bogdan, do you know if there are any similar SWT defects related to Win 7?

I don't see this either (on Build id: I20100718-2237), Win7.
Last week I remember getting "distracted" by some flashiness whenever I launched the build but I never put my finger on it (usually I launch and then go and do other work while it starts up).  I don't see it now.

I tried Build id: I20100718-2237 Win 7 64 bit and flashing is GONE.
